At In Between Pictures Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.
How to Return or Exchange an Item:
Email Us: Contact our customer service team at hello@inbetweenpictures.com to initiate a return or exchange. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in the email.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Refund or Exchange Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Conditions for Return:
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Any items returned damaged (not due to our error) or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Digital Orders: Please note that digital products are not refundable.
